We feel it is important to refer the most qualified professionals, especially when dealing with specific conditions such as maternity care, post-surgical care, dementia and chronic illness. Home care companies may focus on the amount of time they have been in business; however, the more important question should be how much experience does the caregiver have?  The average agency in 2017 had a 65.7% caregiver turnover rate and employees with on average 1-2 years of experience. Caregivers we refer have approximately 8-10 years of experience. We ensure they are compensated above the standard rate and are given schedules that work for them and their families. Our turnover rate is less than 10%...happy caregivers are dependable and dedicated. In addition, we understand that having many different people come in your home can be uncomfortable; consequently, we strive to maintain continuity between both care providers and their clients. Having consistent care providers is not only more pleasant, it helps foster relationship growth and bonding between the caregiver, client and family.
